Forza Gas Pipeline Project
Perennial Environmental Services, LLC (Perennial), on behalf of Forza Pipeline LLC (Forza), submits the enclosed Threatened and Endangered Species Report for the Forza Pipeline FZA-A Project (Project). The Project as further described in the enclosed Threatened and Endangered Species Report is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and concurrent with this submission, Forza is filing an application with FERC for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity under Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act. The proposed Project involves five primary components: (1) the installation of 35.94 miles of new 36-inch diameter natural gas pipeline beginning in Lea County, New Mexico and terminating in Winkler County, Texas; (2) construction of a new meter station in Lea County, New Mexico, including the installation of a new riser; (3) installation of a new 36-inch mainline valve along the proposed pipeline in Loving County, Texas; (4) installation of a new riser at the existing Wildcat Junction site in Winkler County, Texas; and (5) the lease of 750 million cubic feet per day capacity on the existing intrastate Bull Run Pipeline. The Threatened and Endangered Species Report provides an overview of the Project's scope, environmental setting, results of field surveys conducted for the Project, and determinations regarding the Project's potential impacts on federal and state listed species that could occur within the Project area.
This project is apart of a reclamation effort on behalf of a client attempting to close a P&A'd wellhead. Remediation of differed contaminated materials requires removal prior to reclamation closure approval. Project will include ground disturbance in previously undisturbed areas, approximately 3300 sqft of area will be excavated via heavy equipment. Within the next 90 days this will be completed. Mitigation and prevention to prevent wildlife and natural resources conservation includes consulting IPaC, and conducting a presence/absence survey on behalf of client.
Cannon Air Force Base, Draft Environmental Assessment
In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and Department of Defense NEPA Implementing Procedures, the USAF has prepared a Draft Environmental Assessment evaluating potential environmental impacts associated with implementing eight separate projects in support of installation development at Cannon Air Force Base.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and Department of Defense NEPA Implementing Procedures, the USAF has prepared a Draft Environmental Assessment evaluating potential environmental impacts associated with implementing eight separate projects in support of installation development at Cannon Air Force Base.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing four actions related to the Endangered Species Act and pertaining to revising the criteria for listing, reclassifying, and delisting; exemptions to designating critical habitat; environmental baseline and reasonably certain to occur; and removal of the blanket rule.

The current proposal consists of both wind generation and transmission project. The Proposed Corona Wind North II Gen-Tie System and Study Corridor, which consists of a new 345 kV transmission line and up to several new step-up substations to serve wind turbine generation projects in Guadalupe, San Miguel, Santa Fe, and Torrance Counties that would interconnect to the eastern terminus of the existing Corona Wind North Transmission System.

Determination of NEPA Adequacy for Grazing Permit Renewal For 6 Allotments
The Roswell Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management has completed a Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) for grazing permit renewal on six allotments. The DNA number is DOI-BLM-NM-P010-2026-0001-DNA.
The proposed project includes construction of a building addition for the Pueblo of Pojoaque Poeh Cultural Center and Community Library. The project is located in an approximately 3-acre area adjacent to the existing Poeh Cultural Center & Museum located at 78 Cities of Gold Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87506. Proposed new construction will include a new building, an outdoor wellness area and family park, and a Pueblo Veteran's memorial within a previously developed area surrounded by existing roadways and owned by the Pueblo of Pojoaque in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
