Total height of the tracker panels will be approximately 7 feet above ground and the typical row length will be 320 feet, though row lengths will vary based on available land constraints. The proposed project will also include security fencing, a 12- to 20-foot-wide maintenance road, and electrical conduit line. The proposed project site will include a temporary staging area during construction to accommodate construction trailers, vehicles and equipment. The site will include active dust suppression via the use of water trucks and soil compaction during construction, and disturbed areas will be re-seeded with native grasses, as necessary.

St. Anthony Uranium Mine 90% Closure Closeout Plan
The Mining and Mineral Division (MMD) recently received the 90% Closure Closeout Plan (CCOP) for the St. Anthony Mine Permit from United Nuclear Corporation (UNC).
Pursuant to 19.10.5.506 (E) NMAC, MMD is requesting comments from your agency regarding the the 90% CCOP. In accordance with 19.10.5.506 (E) NMAC, your agency has 60 days from the date of receipt of this letter in which to provide comments.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has received funding to perform a variety of tasks, including evaluating ecology-flow relationships below Abiquiu Dam on the Rio Chama to understand how e-flows impact species of management and conservation concern and the habitats upon which they depend. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or Agency) is proposing amendments to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulation for reporting and recordkeeping requirements for perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). As promulgated in October 2023, the regulation requires manufacturers (including importers) of PFAS in any year between 2011-2022 to report certain data to the EPA related to exposure and environmental and health effects.
